Nathan Popp

In 2008, I received a bachelor’s degree in watercolor painting from the University of North Texas in Denton. In 2011 I began the master's studio program at Radford University in Radford, Virginia. At RU, I studied watercolor painting and drawing under professor ZL Feng. While working on my master's, I was awarded a graduate teaching fellowship, teaching art appreciation to undergraduate students. I received my master's degree in 2014.

Currently, I am working as a professional artist and custom framer in the Blue Ridge mountains of southwest Virginia.
